Also another idea for teachers is to upload YouTube videos for their students. I did this today. It’s a great way to free up some of the other high demand tools. You just upload your video as unlisted and only others with the link can see it.
I just record a video on my phone and upload it to YouTube. I publish it unlisted. As soon as it publishes you can copy the link and share it with your students.
Such a terrific and low-tech way to get content to our students. And you are right – Zoom meetings and such are great for live, synchronous meetings, but a YouTube video works well for material delivery when you don’t mind when students access it. Amanda, do you plan to do follow up work to your videos, such as questions/discussion board, or other application? Thanks!
